It does not replace the contractual terms, supplemental notices, terms of use or agreements applicable to plan member portals, administrator portals, applications, secure services or other transactional Segic environments.

The use of such functionalities, their purposes, the categories of information concerned, applicable limits and the rights of affected individuals are governed by the Terms of Use for plan member and administrator portals and, where applicable, by supplemental notices or policies specific to the relevant service.
