We are excited to announce that John-Francis Lyons-McAlpin is joining the Segic team as an Agile Project Manager. Bringing over fifteen years of experience in software development and project management within an Insurtech company, John-Francis offers a wealth of knowledge and diverse skills. He has demonstrated deep understanding of the insurance domain, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and remarkable decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Having held leadership roles such as Product Director and Operations Director, John-Francis excelled in team management, budget oversight, and project delivery in an AGILE environment. His ability to communicate effectively and streamline business processes will be key in his role at Segic.
As an Agile Project Manager, his main task will be to oversee all development projects at Segic, ensuring our processes are both effective and innovative. Additionally, John-Francis will be actively involved in business analysis activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and the achievement of our strategic goals.
